Incorporated in 1990, BEC Technologies, Inc. was established as a research and development company. Our name is an acronym for the criteria (Better Economical and Convenient) that all our creations must adhere to.

BEC Technologies is a privately held corporation and has been operating under the current ownership since 1995. The Company has been in its present location in Colorado Springs CO since 2002.

Our sister company BEC Services, Inc. was formed in 2005 to install BEC products for customers in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Utah, and New Mexico.

BEC's pursuit of improved air quality and energy conservation led to the launch of Gray Matter in 1998 and MIRRS in 2006. Similar minded solutions for closed system water treatment are in the works.
